Monday Cuppa Moment 3/14
Happy Monday, friends!
I've had my coffee. A double dose. Headed for my yearly tax meeting. As a creative person anything business related gives me the hibbie jibbies. Fortunately, I love my CPA. If you're local and want a recommendation, email me because Nathan is totally awesome.
I didn't post last Monday because I was finishing up the rough draft of book two in my Chesapeake Valor series. It is now in my editors' hands and I'm anxiously awaiting their feedback. It's so hard to believe book two is written and ready for revisions while COLD SHOT is just a month into its release. Hope you've had a chance to pick up Griffin and Finley's adventure and really enjoyed the story. If you have, shoot me an email to email@example.com
If you're considering reading COLD SHOT with your book club be sure to download my COLD SHOT Book Club Kit. It's chalk full of yummy recipes, Chesapeake Fun Facts and Discussion Questions.
Also, be sure to check out my Fun Page. I've got character dossiers, a personal video tour of Finley's neighborhood, and a Pinterest COLD SHOT storyboard. Hope you'll enjoy them all.
Thank you so much to everyone that has emailed me to let me know how much you've enjoyed COLD SHOT. I love hearing from you guys. It's such joy to open my inbox and find your encouraging messages. I'm now working on the synopsis (summary) for book 3 and I have a novella coming out in May. It's part of the Sins of the Past collection with Dee Henderson and Lynette Eason. Super honored to be partnering with those amazing ladies. My story, SHADOWED, is a prequel to my Alaskan Courage series. I really hope you'll enjoy it. I'll be sure to share my sneak peeks and news as it gets closer. It's definitely a busy, but super exciting time right now, and the best part is getting to share it all with you. Thank you for dropping by each week. I love starting my week chatting with you all.
In celebration of finishing book two (woo-hoo!), I'm giving away an autographed copy of COLD SHOT along with some promo goodies and a bag of yummy coffee. I'll randomly draw the winner over the weekend and will announce them right here on my blog next Monday Cuppa.
To enter, simply answer this question in the comment's section. What setting would you most like to read about? Can be a country, a state, or even a town. My favorite setting always involves water. I'm a beach girl at heart.
Have a blessed Monday,
